Current Turnaround Time:

• Custom order turnaround time is 2 weeks from the time that we receive your payment. This DOES NOT include weekends or holidays. 
• Ready to ship items will ship within 3 business days!

Pre-orders:

• If ordering from a pre-order, the items are shipped to us FIRST. Once we receive the items, we will try to ship to you by the ETA date listed in the items description. 

Shipping Information:

• All No Tails Boutique items are shipped with tracking.

Returns and Exchanges:
